Flambeau River State Forest -  One of the many areas where you can enjoy the endless recreational activities Park Falls has to offer. People from all over come to Park Falls just for the beautiful Flambeau River. Amongst the 90,000 acres of this state forest's scenery you can enjoy excellent fishing and hunting trails, 22 miles of cross-country ski trails, 38 miles of ATV trails, 44 miles of snowmobile trails, and 14 miles of mountain bike trails. The Flambeau river is also a popular destination for canoeing with over 70 miles of premier white water.


Flambeau Rama -  Park Falls, Home to Flambeau-Rama! Come August, the four-day festivalarrives with free live music each day, food court, family fun day games, and carnival rides. Activities include an arts and crafts fair, car show, 5k Road Run/Walk and kids fun run. Plus a parade at noon. Contests include a youth rod casting, chalk drawing, a softball tournament and more. This annual festival offers fun for any and everyone!

Shopping and Dining 

The community of Park Falls may be small but there are several shopping and dining experiences to be had! 



  • Park Falls Flea Market - Every Wednesday from May 31-August 5, Triangle Park offers a flea market. Anything from household goods, antiques, clothing, even home grown fruits, vegetables and plants. And so much more.

  • Harbor View - Right on the shores of Long Lake, Harbor View is a popular dining and event destination in the Park Falls and Phillips area of Northern Wisconsin. This Pub and Eatery offers a delicious menu and numerous events throughout the year indoors and out! One of the well known events is league volleyball during the summertime! 



















High quality education is available through public, private and techincal schools in the Park Falls community.

The Park Falls School District is geographically the largest school district in Wisconsin. This school district is combined with the Glidden School District to make up the Chequamegon School District - Home of the Screaming Eagles!  This district provides Chequamegon High School, Chequamegon Middle School,  Glidden Elementary, Park Falls Elementary, and Class Act Charter School.

The private school alternative is St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School , offering kindergarten through eighth grade education.
